I inhale, I exhale...and I dive into my being. I begin to be attentive to the present. I feel how my whole body relaxes and enters a state of inertia. I concentrate on breathing and let myself be carried away by the sensations that come through relaxation. I feel like I am in the middle of a paradise. I am one with everything, with the universe.My heart is excited, my body is filled with light. I feel how my spirit dances to the beat of the sensations, in harmony with everything. I open my eyes and I am at peace.
