What You Need to Know Before Ordering

Shipping Policy

The painting will be packed professionally in order to protect the piece. We will ship out the painting within 2-5 business days after we receive the payment. Paintings will be sent by USPS Priority Mail service in the US, in which you can expect domestic delivery between 4-7 business days. For International shipping, the paintings will be sent by UPS. Deliveries will be expected between business 14-18 days.

Free shipping within United States. Worldwide shipping costs will be a flat fee of $99 and displayed at checkout in accordance with the order details. Collectors are responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.

Please do not hesitate to ask us any questions about the order and we will reach you as soon as possible.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or any other mishap, contact us within 7 days from the delivery day to start the return process. We will send you a return label to proceed with the return process. Note: Prints are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE, and they are shipped in a secure packaging tube.
If you receive the wrong product, please let us know within 48 hours from the delivery day to help you.
If you received a damaged order, please contact us to file a claim with the Mail Delivery Agency.
